Are youon the list?

The Findability Check is free. We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity for a supplier matching your own description, record whether you appear and who does, and score your capability page for what an AI can quote. The report is in your inbox within the hour.

Run the check

Use a company address. The report is the only email you get from us unless you reply to it; we do not ring, and we do not keep a list. One check per domain per quarter; a second request in that time gets the same report again. To see the change as you fix your pages, the AI Visibility Monitor runs the check every month, £95 a month.

The check is running.

The report will arrive by email within the hour. If one of the AI tools is down we wait for it and send the report once every tool has answered, which can take up to a day. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder. Reply to the report if you want to talk about it. We do not follow up otherwise.

While you wait, the report's last line will name the first fix. The Sales Engine Audit, from £750, reads your whole site, your quote template, your capability statement and your last supplier questionnaire, and lists every fix in priority order with a rough cost and effort against each. Book the audit, or read the free Capability Page Checklist to see what the score is measured against.

How the check is run

  1. Your site, as written, gives us your description, sectors, capabilities and location.

  2. Six queries are written from that, each the kind a project engineer types, naming a material, a tolerance, an approval, a batch size, a lead time or a region.

  3. Four assistants each get every query, and every supplier they name is recorded verbatim. The report lists which were asked.

  4. The report lists the six questions, so you can put them to the assistants yourself, says whether you were named and who was named instead, and scores what your capability page, the services or what-we-do page on your site, gives an AI to quote.

The report

Findability Check for a precision machining firm in Norfolk Asked six times each of four assistants, twenty-four answers. Named: 0 of 24. Suppliers named instead: three competitors, the most frequent in 14 of the 24 answers. Why: your capability page states no machines, tolerances, materials or approvals. It describes "quality precision engineering solutions", which gives an AI nothing to quote. Capability page score: 2 of 14

The first fix would be the capability page. If you book the audit we go through all of it with you.

The sample is an illustration of the report format and shows six of the fourteen items scored. In a real report the competitor names are the ones the assistants gave, printed as given; we do not verify them.

What the audit adds

The check stops at whether you are named and what your page lacks. It does not read your quotes or documents, and it does not say what each fix would cost.

The free check asks six questions of the four assistants and scores your capability page. The Findability audit puts at least twenty questions for your sector to the same assistants and to Google, reads your quote template, your capability statement and your last supplier questionnaire as well as the site, and puts a cost and an effort against each fix. The £750 comes off your first invoice for anything else you order within six months.

If the check finds you are not named, the audit reads your quote template, capability statement and last supplier questionnaire as well as the site, and comes back within a week with every fix in priority order and a cost and an effort against each.
