Each session ends with a written list of what the tools never touch, starting with pricing and drawings.

AI training for your teamThe sessions run by role and get your existing team using AI for day-to-day sales, estimating and office work, including the people who have not used it yet. We run them on your own quotes, enquiries and documents, with written rules on what the tools never touch, including pricing, drawings and anything with liability attached. Our consultants run every session; they have sold engineering products for a living. The experienced-team format is for the estimators, quality managers and internal sales people who have done the job for twenty or thirty years and hold most of what the firm knows. It is half a day in person for six to eight people, and the first hour has no slides. We start from their own quotes and enquiries, settle on one tool and three uses for it, and leave each person a one-page card of the prompts and checks. Made Smarter, the government's programme for manufacturers in England, runs regional schemes that fund part of some digital projects. Whether a training session qualifies depends on your region and its rules at the time, and we check that with you before you order.

AI literacy for engineering firmsWe explain what the tools can and cannot do for a manufacturer, for the people who decide how the firm uses them. The leadership briefing is for the directors and managers. The four-session course is for a mixed group; some will not have opened a tool before, and by the last session each person is using one on their own documents with the checks written down. The owner briefing is for anyone planning to hand the business on or sell it. Each includes rules on data, pricing, drawings and liability.
