What we do

A buyer who needs a supplier no longer starts with a trade directory. They type what they need into a search box, or into ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity, and read the shortlist that comes back. If your firm is not on that shortlist, you never hear about the job. Our work is to get you named there, to reach the companies that are about to buy before your competitors do, and to help you answer tenders and supplier questionnaires without losing a week to each one.

We do that with a set of products you can buy one at a time, priced on the products page. The free Findability Check shows you where you stand today, and the Sales Engine Audit reads your whole site and your documents the way a buyer and an AI tool would, then lists every fix in order of what it is worth.

Why we started

Good manufacturers lose work they should win because the way buyers find suppliers has changed faster than most firms' websites. A shop with the right machines, the right approvals and a full order book can still be invisible to the tools a procurement engineer now uses on a Monday morning. The gap is rarely the quality of the work. It is that the website, the capability pages and the quote process were written for people who already knew the firm, not for a buyer or a model meeting it for the first time. We started Axi Growth to close that gap.

How we work

We build software to do the heavy lifting, and we put a person's judgement in front of everything that reaches you or your buyers. The software runs the checks, drafts the pages and finds the signals; a consultant who has sat on both sides of an engineering sale reads the result, corrects it and decides what to send. When we write to you we say, in plain terms, what we did and what it found. We tell you where a result depends on something we do not control.

Everything is built to your specification. We start from your machines, your materials, your approvals and your sectors, not from a stock template with your name dropped in. You can buy a single product or several, and there is no minimum term on the monthly services. The fee for the audit comes off your first order if you go on to buy within six months.

Who we are

Axi Growth is a small team of engineers and sales people who have quoted, won and lost the kind of work our clients do. We are based in Norfolk and we work with firms the length of the country. You can see who we are on the contact page, and the short notes we publish are on the insights page.

Proof, and the lack of it

We would rather show you the work than tell you it is good. There are no invented testimonials on this site and no results figures we cannot stand behind. As clients give their permission we will add named case studies with real numbers. Until then, judge us by the free check, by the audit if you take one, and by whether what we send you is useful. If it is not, you have lost nothing.
