Is the Findability Check really free?

Yes. It costs nothing and carries no obligation. It runs the supplier searches a UK buyer would type into an AI tool, then emails you a report showing whether your firm is named and what to fix first. We run it once per domain each quarter. See the Findability Check.

Do you tie us into a contract?

No. The monthly services run month to month with no minimum term, and you can stop any of them with thirty days' written notice. One-off work is priced up front, and nothing is charged until you have confirmed the order. The full detail is in our terms of business.

What does the audit cost, and what is the audit credit?

The Sales Engine Audit is fixed price, from £750 for the findability tier to £1,900 in person. If you go on to buy anything else on the products page within six months, the audit fee comes off your first invoice, other than documents, reports and bundles that already include the audit. Is the outbound email you send on our behalf legal?

Yes, within the rules for business-to-business email. We write to corporate addresses about matters relevant to the recipient's role, under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the UK GDPR, with a working opt-out in every message and a suppression list that applies across every client we send for.

Do you only work with manufacturers?

Most of our clients make or assemble things, in sectors such as precision machining, sheet metal, electronics, automation and industrial equipment. The same approach suits other firms that sell considered, technical work to other businesses, so ask if that sounds like you. The sector pages show how it looks in each.

Do you need access to our CRM or ERP?

Only for the parts of the work that need it, and only with your permission. The audit's full tier looks at your quotes and enquiries wherever they live, under an agreement, and the software we run for you sends nothing from your domain until you have approved it.

Who owns the work you produce?

You do. The pages, statements and reports we make for you become yours once they are paid for in full. We keep the methods and tools we used to make them, and we never show your work as an example without your written permission.

How quickly do you reply and deliver?

We reply to every enquiry within one working day. The free check's report usually arrives within the hour. Audit reports come within a week of our having what we need, and the monthly services start as soon as you have approved the setup.

Do you use AI, and can we trust what it produces?

Yes, we use AI tools to do the heavy lifting, and a person checks everything before it reaches you or your buyers. AI can be wrong, so we review what it produces and tell you plainly where a result depends on a third party we do not control.

Do you guarantee results, such as a ranking or a number of leads?

No, and we would be wary of anyone who did. Search rankings, enquiry numbers and a place on a buyer's shortlist depend on other people and on systems we do not control. What we promise is the work described, done to a professional standard, with honest reporting of what it found.

How do we pay?

By card on Stripe's secure checkout, or by invoice. One-off fees are invoiced when we confirm the order, and monthly fees are invoiced monthly in advance. All prices exclude VAT.

Where are you based, and will you visit?

We are a Norfolk firm and work with clients across the UK, mostly by email and call. We come to your premises for the in-person audit and for training days, with travel within England included. The contact page has the ways to reach us.
