power units for the channel balers
Hi Fiona,
We build hydraulic power units in Norwich for channel balers like yours, on a six-week lead time.
If there's a new machine on the board, send me the circuit and the duty and I'll size a unit and price it within two days.
Thanks,
Sam

A firm is picked for what it builds
It goes on your list when its own website shows a product that needs what you make.
- In the industries and regions we agree with you
- We leave out your current customers and your competitors
- Every firm links to the page we found it on

The map in the Axi Portal. Each dot is a firm that fits. The firms and figures are made up.
Each email goes to the engineer who specifies the part
That is the design engineer or engineering manager, named on the firm's own site or on LinkedIn.
- We check every address before the email is drafted
- If no suitable engineer is named, the firm waits until we find one

A sales engineer checks every email
They check each one against the claims you agreed with us at set-up. You see it after that.
- If an email makes a claim you haven't agreed, we change it or take it out
- If a firm turns out to have no use for your product, its email never reaches you
- We check follow-ups the same way, and any email to a second person at the firm
Claims agreed with Norcott Fluid Power
The emails may say
- Units for balers, presses and test rigs
- Built to order in Norwich in six weeks
- Four weeks on stock tank sizes only
- Sized from the circuit and the duty
- A price within two days of having both
They may not say
- ATEX certification or marine class approval
- Any customer by name
- A price before the duty is known
To Fiona Price, Kirkby Balers
Hi Fiona,
We build hydraulic power units in Norwich for channel balers like yours, usually in four weeks on a six-week lead time.
If there's a new machine on the board, send me the circuit and the duty and I'll size a unit and price it within two days.
Thanks, Sam
Changed by the sales engineer. Kirkby mounts each pack on the baler's frame, so this tank is a special and not a stock size.
An example drawn for this page: the kind of list a firm agrees with us at set-up, and the kind of change a sales engineer makes before the firm sees an email. The firm, the people and the email are made up.

The emails go from your own mailbox, one at a time.
- The AI drafts the follow-ups when they're due
- Replies come straight to you
- When a reply asks a technical question, the AI drafts an answer from your catalogue and lists what it couldn't answer

Hi Karen,
Is the power pack your side of things, or does someone else look after the hydraulics?
Thanks,
Sam

At week eight we tell you whether it's worth carrying on.
A sales engineer goes through the replies with you. If it isn't working, we say so, and you stop there with no third month to pay. And if you wouldn't send the emails in the first place, you don't pay for month one.
Also in the price

- Lapsed customers first
- If you like, we start with customers who have stopped ordering and enquiries that went quiet.
- Firms that are expanding
- In the UK, firms taking on staff or putting up a building go to the front of the queue.
- Two days after the email, you get the person's profile and a short note to send yourself.
- A second person
- If nobody replies, we draft one note to someone else at the firm.
- Trade shows
- Paste the exhibitor list of a show your customers exhibit at. We draft an email to the ones that fit, asking for ten minutes at the show.
- Distributors abroad
- In a further country, we can look for distributors that carry ranges like yours and the person who decides which lines they take on.
Set-up takes two weeks
| When | We | You |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | A sales engineer goes through what you make with you, and who buys it now. | An hour's call, and your catalogue or price list. |
| Week 2 | We agree the industries and regions to search, the pace, and the wording of your emails. | Approve the wording and connect your mailbox. |
| From week 3 | Every working day, up to ten new firms, each with an email a sales engineer has checked. | Read each one and send it. |
| Week 8 | We go through the replies and the enquiries with you, and say whether to carry on. If we say stop, there is no third month to pay. | A call. |
| Every month | A letter with the figures and who replied, then a call to go through it. | Half an hour. |
Price
There is no set-up fee, and you can pay in pounds, US dollars or euros.
Prospecting, run by us
£1,100 a month
Three-month minimum, then month to month.
- Set up with you by a sales engineer, and reviewed every month
- The AI finds up to ten new firms every working day and drafts each email
- A sales engineer checks every email before it reaches you
- Follow-ups drafted too, and chasers for your open quotes
- If you wouldn't send the emails, you don't pay for the first month
Ten firms
Free
Usually in your inbox within the hour.
- Ten firms that could use what you make
- The engineer to write to at each one
- An email to the best fit, already drafted
A sales engineer will draft your answer to each reply for £300 a month more. The price covers one country. A further country is £600 a month, and connecting HubSpot or Pipedrive is £450 once. If you stop, the list, the emails and the replies stay yours. Your own sales team can run Prospecting themselves, in the Axi Portal, for £199 a month. The Prices page has every price and what an agency or a hire costs.
Questions
If yours isn't here, email sales@axigrowth.com or ask for a call. We reply within one working day.
Ask for a callWill it sound like us?
The AI drafts from your own website and catalogue, and you approve the wording in week two. You can change any email before you send it.
What if it gets something technical wrong?
Each email is held to what your website and catalogue say, and a sales engineer checks it. You still read every one before it goes, because nothing is right every time.
What happens when you've written to everyone?
Each firm gets its follow-ups and, if nobody answers, a note to a second person. When an industry or region has been worked through, we agree the next one with you, at home or abroad.
How is this different from an AI sales agent or an agency?
Each email is drafted from the firm's own website, checked by a sales engineer, and sent from your own mailbox once you've read it. An AI sales agent, the kind that emails you most days, writes and sends on its own, and an outbound agency sends in bulk from domains set up for the purpose.
Why not run ads instead?
Ads reach the firms that happen to be searching. An email to the right engineer reaches a firm that isn't, and you can run both.
